Terms and Conditions for bet989 Players

1 General Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you and bet989 ("the platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of bet989.pro and all associated products, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and any promotional offers. These Terms apply to every registered player on the platform regardless of the device or method used to access the service.

All activities on bet989 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. No external currency conversion is applied — your PKR balance is what you see, and what you receive.

2 Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bet989 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. No third-party payment accounts may be used — deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts registered in your own name.

Deposits generally reflect in your bet989 balance quickly after the transaction is completed on your payment method. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal processing timelines:

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bet989 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or event-specific rules displayed alongside that market at the time of placing your bet. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds and terms displayed at that moment.

• Odds are displayed in decimal format. Your potential return is your stake multiplied by the stated odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out option for that market.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the odds available at the precise time of confirmation. Odds may shift between the moment you select and the moment the bet is processed.
• Bets on abandoned, postponed or void events will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, stakes on void selections are returned.
• Cricket bets including PSL matches, T20 internationals and ODIs are settled according to the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. A void selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs rather than voiding the entire bet, except where the terms for a specific promotion state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Game results are determined by the mechanics of the individual game — live dealer games use real cards and equipment operated by trained dealers.

• All wagers in Live Casino and Fish Games are placed in PKR from your main account balance.
• Disconnection during a game round: where a round was already in progress and the outcome is determined, the result stands. Where a disconnection prevents a bet from being accepted in the first place, the stake is returned.
• bet989 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live Casino results are determined in real time by the dealer; Fish Game outcomes follow certified game logic.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the closure is at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any remaining qualifying balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures once identity has been verified.

11 Limitation of Liability

bet989 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims to maintain continuous and uninterrupted access, bet989 does not guarantee that the service will be free from technical interruptions, maintenance downtime or errors caused by third-party systems including payment processors.

• bet989 is not liable for financial losses caused by delayed deposits or withdrawals where the delay originates with the player's payment provider.
• bet989 is not liable for losses caused by a player's decision to place a bet — all betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the individual player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, bet989 will investigate the situation and apply a fair resolution. This may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.

12 Changes to These Terms

bet989 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
